Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she gave up gymnastics. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. After only one year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional license to continue her studies. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals each year. She also won four fitness titles by the end of 2009. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel took the first six years of contest to earn her degree from the college she attended. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than proud of the result. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel likes working out her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the work outs. Also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as is possible. How she does this is to superset her back exercises. Three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
